Your Right to Return
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right as a UK consumer.

Returning Your Item
Return deadline: You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to notify us of your return.

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging where possible. Please ensure canvases are well-protected during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
We will refund the price you paid for the item. If you received free delivery, we will refund the standard delivery cost. If you chose express or premium delivery, we will refund the standard delivery cost only.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised or custom-made prints cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we made an error. Please check your personalisation details carefully before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made canvases, blankets or framed prints
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of us confirming receipt of your return, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@ukcanvas.com and return your item to the address above.
