Are your products safe for humans and animals?

Yes, all our products are printed using special latex ink meaning that your artwork is completely safe for humans and animals. The solvent-free colours mean they are also suitable for children and people with allergies.

How long will it take to recieve my product?

All products are handmade to order, the processing time is 2-5 working days. (if you are adding personalisation, this may take another day or two). Once your product is manufactured, it will be sent next day tracked delivery. Postage is included on all products.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30 day refund policy. due to the nature of a handmade product, we can only except returns if your item has been delivered damaged or defected. If you have recieved a product that is damaged, please contact: info@vividlyretro.co.uk. See our full refund policy.

Care instructions

Our wall art pretty much takes care of itself as long as you display your art in a cool, dry place. (avoid direct sunlight and damp areas such as bathrooms) Gently clean your artwork with a soft cloth or duster. Avoid using household chemicals and cleaners, as they can damage the artwork.
